When/how will my order ship?
In-stock ornaments will be shipped 1-2 business days after receiving payment. (Excluding holidays)
Once your order has been processed, you will receive shipping confirmation via email. All orders are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service Priority mail and should arrive within 2-3 days after mailing.
Cost of Shipping
1 – 5 ornaments is $5.00
6-10 ornaments is $9.00
11 or more ornaments FREE shipping
Custom-made to order ornaments can be shipped anywhere between7 days to 4 weeks. The length of time for any custom-made order depends on your specific order needs, as well as the specific time of year. Please note…Christmas is our busiest season of the year. So ORDER EARLY! - the closer to Christmas the longer the waiting period for custom orders. Contact our Customer Service for more details.
Can my order be rushed?
Yes, you may purchase a "Rush" on your order. Please contact Customer Service for a quote based on your individual needs.

Shipping is through the USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation.

Return Policy
We are confident that you will love your custom crafted Ornament (for we have never had a return), yet if for any reason you are not absolutely delighted, we will gladly refund your purchase price, less shipping costs. All ornaments must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of receiving shipment. Also please know that any custom ordered or personalized ornament can NOT be returned. Please note: It is the buyers responsibility to pay for all shipping costs.
